was already working two weeks before I officially was hired. The whole process was sort of like working as an apprentice. My manager would go around giving me instructions and demonstrating how to properly complete certain jobs while achieving maximum efficiency and quality. In the end of the whole process, I ended up just having a conversation with the owner and he was concerned about how long I'd be willing to work in the company.
