Call from a recruiter, then filling an application and answering role questions. After submitting other requested information, I had a follow up call with the recruiter. After that, an email letting me know that they decided for someone else.

Phone interview through hiring consulting company. Lasted about 30 minutes, general questions about resume and why I was interested in the position. Friendly conversation, not much information about position shared other than the posting.
