I interviewed at Lafayette Materials Management (Lafayette, IN)
Interview
Phone interview, in-person interview with one of the owners, felt it was successful, and then interviewed by the other active owner. I was asked basic questions to start and then questions moved to leadership philosophy and organization structure / management by the end of the interview. Total interview time with both of the owners was approximately 3.5 hours. I was offered a job through email within a few days. Overall, it was a good interview for both parties.

Question 1
Because of the level of the position, I was questioned and discussed my philosophies for many topics. Started with basic questions like strengths and weaknesses and moved to my thoughts on organizational structure. Again, this was a senior position, and I actually did that interview twice w/ each of the active owners. Very calm environment, became more conversational, felt my opinions were being evaluated but truly mattered.
