It was a very bad experience to me.The process is not at all good.After completing 3 rounds of interview , in the 4th round the interviewer rejected me on some stupid grounds that you are coming from an client service company so you are not a good fit in our company. They know this thing from the very first round. Then why such a waste of time ?? Not only this, after giving such lame reasons they were pretending or acting like your guide or mentor. You cant judge anyone’s skills on such stupid grounds.
