It was in person. I went to Super store Seymore branch. Just asked some personal question and experience and former employee. I didn't have any experience in Canada. And asked about my education.

Interview
I had a meeting over zoom with one of the creative directors and I thought it went well. We had a pleasant conversation and he went over the whole hiring process as well the usual work flow. I never heard back from them but few weeks later, they were looking for a a co-op student , to fill a position very similar to the one I was interviewed for.
