Group interview for seasonal sales role, where we tried product and were given examples on how to demo with customers before showing staff. Follow up questions on customer service, overall straightforward.

How would you suggest a product to a customer with sensitive skin?
Interactive Performance Based Interview You act like an employee when you interview do the store manager and staff can have an understanding of your skills. It was different and I would consider it to be a fair process.
