Interview went well I was informed that they will be in contact with me in 2 business days however never heatd from them again. I emailed them to follow up and was completely ghosted. I understand that the interview was successful but it only takes two minutes to email the candidate and advise them that they weren’t successful to go through the next round of interview.. If a company prides itself for being honest and acts with integrity but there actions says otherwise. Hiring managers should respect candidates times as well, we do take unpaid leave to attend interviews and be flexible and I understand that they don’t have any commitment towards candidates but when you swy you will get back to someone, act accordingly or if you know you won’t be adhering to your own words please don’t say anything towards the end of the interview and no one will be bothering reaching if they haven’t heard anything
