Group interviews every year in August after postings go public. Some get accepted with no contacts, but if you know someone there you’ll automatically get an interview. You get to interview with a lot of departments and at the end rank your preferences. Multiple people get hired for each department, some hire less, you have multiple chances to get hired. A lot of green college faces in the interviews, but a lot of grads or those looking for a side job. Key is to present yourself well as a professional and not a fan.
