I was asked to submit a resume, cover letter and writing sample. After an initial phone interview, I was asked to come in for an in-person interview. I interviewed with two individuals, who asked me a variety of questions and explained the organization and the position to me. Afterwards, I was given time to ask any questions that I had as well.
