First you've to read their manual, then you answer two questions based on it and submit the form within a specified time. Failure to do so you're disqualified. Second stage is an online test with series of questions and multiple choices, you have to score all of them to get to the third stage, phone call interview. The final stage is an in person interview at their office. You're asked questions and you've to get a perfect score.
