Interview
(First job applicant, 18 yrs old). Applied online, took a while to get a response like a few weeks. Sent me emails and text messages that were saying that they apologize for the wait but are still reviewing applicants. Eventually got an email saying that I made it and need to schedule an on the phone interview. Scheduled my interview and prepped for it with basic questions. Easy and quick interview, asked the basics and availability. Guy was nice and called on time. Said I have to wait a few days for an email saying if I got the job or not because they're still interviewing applicants. Currently waiting for a response
It was simple and quick to get to know you. They asked why you’re interested and if you have customer experience. He offered me the job verbally after the interview but I never saw it come. A few days letter I got a letter saying I wasn’t selected. I’m not petty type or mad but please don’t do prematurely offer someone a job when you just started interviewing and you still have 8 other interviews after.

Interview
Responded quickly to set up a video interview. The interviewer was very friendly and easy to talk to. Seems like they were really looking for good personality types to fit with their emphasis on good customer service.
Goes over simple things like hobbies, skills, and weaknesses. They let you ask questions, and ask about past jobs and why you left. Overall it is an easy interview to sit through.
