I talked to them in the career fair, and they gave me an interview 2 weeks later. Surprisingly, it was only 30 minutes long with no technical interview. I was shocked by how easy the interview was, even the behavioral questions were typical.
Went to career fair, got a call back 1.5 weeks later for an interview, was a 30 minute behavioral with a senior SWE with no leetcode/technicals. 2-3 weeks later, I got a phone call from HR confirming my offer
Recruited at a job fair and then contacted for a meeting over Google Meets. Chatted with a software engineer for thirty minutes about both behavioral and technical questions. Resume deep dive.
