Simple, over the phone interview. They ask a few questions about stuff like availability and why you want to work there. It was chill, but I definitely suggest asking the interviewer a few questions like expectations in terms of hours from you and performance expectations in the floor.
Interview over phone initially, followed by interview in person. Very nice interviewer who explained position in detail and gave positive vibes. Very welcoming and friendly. Made me laugh which was very relaxing for an applicant
