Called in from an application I did on SnagaJob. Group interview. The hiring manager called the day of to set up the interview and orientation. Thank God I was free at night. There was about 3 other people being interviewed.

Question 1
If a customer comes up to you and asks you a question you don't know the answer to, what would you do?
In person, then a call witg an offer, with an email offer as well, then training on computer and in perosn with another associate. Then on your own for the rest of the tome
Not too hard.Very friendly.Interview lasted about 25 mns.They asked me about my background,and few behavioral questions.Manager was very sympathetic and nice.It was a one round phone interview and the hiring process was fast.It was a part time job
Sit down with the manager. Asked basic questions and name time about various situations. Also, wanted to see your experience. Seemed like they like older people, and want more experience.
