I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Kohl's in Jun 2019
Interview
Went through two different interviews with the floor manager and then the general manager. Both were very friendly and accommodating! They asked me questions mainly about my skills and how I would have fit into the overall work environment. I was also asked questions on how I knew the employee that referred me.

Question 1
What was an error you made on the job and how did you fix it?
Short but still good experience to have for a beginner in interviewing. There are a lot of people to meet so that you can make your skills of speaking up to par.
Easy, over the phone and about 30 minutes long. The store manager asked questions about my background, what would I do if xyz happened, what I would do if a end cap was messy, how would I contribute to making the store look good.

Question 1
What would you do if you encountered an upset customer?
A round table style, group interview process with the manager and other candidates. Afterwards, on the same day, they did the one on one interviews. After about a week later I received an offer, which I accepted.
