I received a phone call from the operations manager. She asked me a few questions about availability and set up an interview with the store manager for me the following week, as he was currently on vacation. When I arrived for the interview she said she would interview me instead. She asked me a few prepared questions off of a form, then said the next step would be to meet the manager. She said she'd call later in the week to set it up, but I never heard back.

Interview
My interview experience didn’t go as professionally as I expected. I arrived for the scheduled interview, but the store manager, who was responsible for it, wasn’t in the office that day. They seemed to have forgotten about the interview. A manager who was there stepped in to take responsibility so I wouldn’t waste my time traveling, but it felt rushed and informal. She wasn’t familiar with the position I applied for, and the overall atmosphere gave the impression of a laid-back management style.

Interview
First round interview was with one person for 30 minutes, pretty basic questions, felt very comfortable. Second and final interview was with two people, talking to each for 30 minutes. Once again, the questions were pretty easy, asking about my favorite classes in school and why I wanted to work there.
