Interview
Direct and specific questions that were easy to answer. I had provided my resume with a timeline of experience and we reviewed it together. They asked about each position and I descrfibed my experience. They then asked me some questions that pertained to the job.

I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Kohl's (Nanuet, NY) in Sep 2023
Interview
My interview experience didn’t go as professionally as I expected. I arrived for the scheduled interview, but the store manager, who was responsible for it, wasn’t in the office that day. They seemed to have forgotten about the interview. A manager who was there stepped in to take responsibility so I wouldn’t waste my time traveling, but it felt rushed and informal. She wasn’t familiar with the position I applied for, and the overall atmosphere gave the impression of a laid-back management style.
I applied through university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Kohl's in Sep 2022
Interview
First round interview was with one person for 30 minutes, pretty basic questions, felt very comfortable. Second and final interview was with two people, talking to each for 30 minutes. Once again, the questions were pretty easy, asking about my favorite classes in school and why I wanted to work there.
