Asked regular job interview questions regarding my experience and why I wanted to work there. Also asked a bit about how I would greet customers, handle problems with customers, etc.

Interview
I applied online a few weeks ago. I got an email saying they wanted to interview me. The interview was relaxed and casual. We just talked about my experience and why I wanted to work there. It was just one person in the 1st interview. Then I was taken to talk to one other person. I was told they would let me know within a week and I got an email with an offer the next day.

Interview
I heard back a with 24 to 48 hours of applying. The first interview is a phone interview and they let you know the that they will be describing the role, asking for your availability, etc. I did think the questions were a little more involved then they let on for a phone screen, but they were fairly typical scenario questions.

Tell me about a time when you had to solve a problem at work.
I walked in and they immediately explained the job to me and asked me questions to see if I would be a good fit. I got the job on the spot and they scheduled me to work the next day.
