Received a phone screen (informal phone interview) asking about experience.
A month later, received another phone interview with the district manager.
Turns out Loss Prevention Supervisors don't actually "supervise" anything, and are grunts in the field like a regular agent. He made sure I understood that.
I think he sensed my disappointment because I received a rejection notification 10 minutes later.
Advertise your job better next time. You're looking for an Agent, not a supervisor. Been there, done that. Not doing it again.
He also drilled me about my military obligations. Military discrimination is illegal. Tisk tisk.
We are a little different. Our supervisors don't actually supervise, they are in the field and do the same work as other Agents. That sounds like it might be a problem for you. Is it?

Interview
I applied online and then received a call from the District Loss Prevention Manager. We discussed the duties of the job, my current and past employment, and ended with them telling me they would call to schedule an interview. Interview took place on Google Meet a few days later with 2 DLPMs. Interview was relaxed but well structured. I received a call same day saying they wanted to schedule a second interview with the Store Manager. That interview was also via Google Meet but was more of a meet and greet than an interview, as, unbeknownst to me, I had already been chosen and they just wanted to make sure I got along with the SM. Received call following day with job offer, accepted after small salary negotiation.

Phone screen interview, in person interview with DLPM, then interview with store manager, DLPM interview went great, store manager interview didn't seem like it went well, never got an email or phone call back, emailed them back and no reply, truly disappointed
