I applied online. The process took 6 days. I interviewed at Kohl's (Battle Creek, MI) in Nov 2016
Interview
After I applied, they gave me times to schedule an interview. Interviewed in a group of three. Was offered the position after. They sent me an email asking which day to confirm as my first day. So I could start orientation.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
What would you rate your work ethic on a scale 1-10. 10 being the highest.
Fairly easy interview with standard questions about experience and availability. The interviewer was professional and explained the role clearly. I was surprised to learn of evening availability requirements that were not reflected in the availability I submitted on my application.
Phone screening interview to go over resume and job requirements, mainly confirming what my availability would look like, what it entailed, and if I'd be comfortable with the sales part of the job/promoting the store rewards and credit card. Very friendly and low-pressure conversation over the phone.
Application
I interviewed at Kohl's (Ohio, GA)
Interview
The interview process was pretty straightforward, virtual interview a week after applying. Didn't have many issues or anything confusing. I did ended up working there. Managers were ok but pay was pretty low.
