Interview
I applied online to two positions. I received an offer of an interview via email. After entering the website, I chose my interview date and time from the listing.
I had a group interview with a single interviewer asking questions we each answered in turn, alternating in who answered first. Once the interview was completed and the background check came back (about 1-2 weeks), I received an offer through email that I accepted via the website. I was then given a choice date/time to sign up for orientation.

If you have completed the tasks of your supervisor set for you, what is your next step?
It was easy and simple. Only 1 round and then offer sent through email. Should we easy to answer questions if you look into the company. Not hard at all

Interview
This is a group interview with about 5-6 people also being interviewed. There is usually 2 people interviewing the group. It is just one round of interviewing. Could be a little intimating if you haven't done an interview before

How do help a customer if you don't know the answer?
The interview process was very easy and smooth. Mostly behavioral questions about how I handle customers and difficult situations. The overall experience was great and was on the easier side of the previous interviews I had done prior.
