I applied in-person. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Kohl's (Simpsonville, SC)
Interview
There was a group interview when I went through the hiring process. It was an interesting format with having the opportunity to hear from other potential employee's points of view. The two managers taking the time to listen to each response stressed that they took the process seriously, and wanted to make the right decision for their store.

Question 1
What could potentially cause you to be late to a shift?
About 20 minutes , basic questions about teamwork and customer service. Had the interview and they called a few minutes later to offer me the job. The interviewer was very nice and made me feel calm
It was painless and super easy and I'm just putting in this information so I can view the average salaries of a company because I can't use Glassdoor unless I do this.
It was over the phone and very straight forward. I spoke with the current 02 (Assistant Store Manager) at the time and it focused on previous experiences in teams. Afterward, I received an email to complete the onboarding process online, filling out paperwork.
