Interview
I applied online and a few days later got an email inviting me to come in for an interview. The earliest opportunity to interview was five or six days later, and I came in then. I had an individual interview with the store manager. He asked me a few questions and then told me about the position. He offered me the position on the spot and I filled out the first paperwork for scheduling. He explained the orientation and training process and then I left. I can start after a background check.
