Very relaxed atmosphere, we were asked about ourselves and then asked 4 questions. Questions that made you think but were not very difficult! Overall Good experience!

What is a time that you went above and beyond for a customer?
All done over the phone or on line. Interviewer a bit rude and seemed bored. Said that they would notify me and never did. I felt as if I was wasting her time. I was a little but back and decided that I wouldn’t want to work there.

Group setting on a room with other people.
Very easy and training videos to watch.
Most people had full time jobs and most wanted a part time job. All age ranges also.

Interview
Interviewer was very polite and considerate. Asked general questions regarding what hours and capabilities I can contribute and the benefits they offered as a company. Overall, a very positive experience.
