Very simple interview process. One phone interview with the store manager, then a second interview in person with the store manager, and a final interview with the district manager. Then a received an offer a few days after the final interview.

They asked what I thought the main responsibility of anyone working in a Kohl’s store would be.
The interview process was normal. They asked questions about my previous experience, my salary requirements, my work expectation. I would consider this as a great experience. I cant wait to harve my first start date.
