      Senior Python Developer Interview

      Jul 28, 2025
      Anonymous interview candidate
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Kode Across in Jul 2025

      Interview

The 3 interviewers (he) are not prepared for asking questions for the initial phase. I could sense the lead developer is showing some facial reactions, he seems he knows that I will be progressing to the interview. The funny part is that one of the juniors was asking an advice on how should he learn data. I just give a brief advice and it seems he can handle how to be frank from the side of the interviewee given I had an experience in dealing other nationalities. The lead developer is very boastful that the startup company is from Silicon Valley and it is very stable

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

From the interviewer's side, what is your advice to me in learning data?
