Koch Business Solutions interview questions

I had a 3 round of interviews but the hr wasn’t responding properly but the manager took care of everything. He supported me till the I’m getting onboarded. Overall experience is good.

I had a very poor experience with Koch’s interview process. As a Malaysian candidate, I was invited for an interview as the company only considers Singaporeans or PRs for the role like what they published on JobStreet. The interview itself was inconsistent and disorganized. The interviewer did not seem aligned with the job description and asked unclear, unrelated questions. There was no clear explanation of the role or expectations. It felt like the process was just for show. The whole process felt dishonest and disrespectful to candidates who genuinely want to work. Think twice before you go for interview
