Overall, I found the interviewers very professional, polite, and skilled at conducting interviews. The conversations were pleasant, and the process initially gave me the impression that my profile and performance were aligned with what the company was looking for.
However, I also felt that the hiring process was excessively long and lacked visibility regarding the next steps and timelines. At certain points, I had to proactively follow up to receive updates about the position, which made communication feel somewhat unclear throughout the process.
In addition, after completing a fairly extensive skills test that required a significant time investment, I did not receive any feedback regarding my performance or areas for improvement. In the end, I only received a generic rejection stating that the company had decided to move forward with another candidate, without any explanation about the decision-making process or why I was not selected.
I believe the company could improve the overall candidate experience by providing clearer communication, better planning throughout the recruitment process, and more constructive feedback, especially after lengthy assessments or multiple interview stages.
