I only got to the phone screening. I received a call where a woman asked me about me background, which i described to her in detail. I was then asked when I would be looking to start, my expectations, salary expectations, and what I knew about the company. I was also given an opportunity to ask qiestions to the interviewer. The next day I was told that I was not moving forward. I asked the person for feedback about WHY I wasn't moving forward. I can't do better if no one tells me what I'm doing WRONG. No response. Of course. Worst experience. Don't expect communication if you didn't get the job and genuinely want feedback as to why you weren't picked to move on. Ridiculous.
