I was approached by KnowBe4 with a job offer that matched my skills at my previous job. I met with Stu, Kendra and Drew at their offices to discuss the offer, then did the formal application, testing etc. My interview was very informal, they made me feel very welcome, explained the position well and answered all the questions I had right away

Would you be happy in this role versus what you are currently doing?
I applied online and the entire process took me about 3 weeks. Phone screen with HR was very smooth but getting a rejection through automated reply after the interview with several rounds was not something that I expected.
I didn't get past the IQ test and personality assessment. Maybe they should have asked for my horoscope, since that would have been just as helpful. Perhaps an e-meter test and trip to the Sea Org was next. I'll never know.

My interview process with KnowBe4 was a very positive experience. The internal recruiter kept me updated about next steps and even gave me helpful tips for my interviews.
