Very casual, and quite short in length. Might be a bit dependent on who is interviewing you. Organising the interview was done informally over the phone. Overall very good, and good for teens.

Interview
Just a standard sit down interview with operations manager and department manager. Pretty easy going overall, general questions about your interests and how you would handle conflict or difficult customers etc.
The interview process was very welcoming and encouraging from management- nice team environment. Interviewees could work together to problem solve and have collaborative discussions on a range of issues, values and topics.
