Interview process di Klamby berlangsung dengan nyaman dan komunikatif. HRD dan user sangat ramah sehingga suasana interview terasa santai namun tetap profesional. Proses interview lebih banyak membahas pengalaman, cara menghadapi customer, kemampuan komunikasi, serta bagaimana menangani situasi tertentu dalam pekerjaan Customer Service. Overall, prosesnya enjoyable dan membuat saya lebih percaya diri dalam menjawab setiap pertanyaan.
