Interview
I sat with the coordinator for a few minutes while we reviewed my resume and talked about my experience. After spending some time learning about the school and the job requirements I got a tour of the school then I sat in with a classroom and observed for 30 minutes.

Interview
Very informal process. We got through the basic outline of the job description and what was expected. You basically sat down with the administration and talked about the job. You were then taken on a tour to see the interaction between teachers and students in order to see what its like up front. You then come back to the admin's office and if this is what you feel or know will be something you will like, you are asked to come in the next day to sit-in on a class, observe and interact with the children.
