Interview
Half hour phone interview with Field superintendent. Very easy and open communication, less technical and more personal. They also tell you about the job that you would be expected to be a part of.

Question 1
Questions are the same for any CM/PM in Construction interview. They ask about your experience and about you to see if you'd be a good fit. Additionally, it was made clear that the job would require working some overtime so if that is not for you, Kiewit may not be a good fit.
