Strong Safety and Quality Culture Very committed management You gain lots of experience in the first years. Projects are cool to work on. Routine doesn't exist. Possibility to see new locations.

Nepotism Very poor work-life balance Very implemented long hours culture (60-70+ hours a week) PTOs are discouraged (even when once approved) Stressful work environment Heavy caseload. Pay rise doesn't follow caseload increase or promotion. Basically extra work goes in shareholders' pockets Two weeks notice before being relocated on a new project.

Pros
This job is mostly ideal for young and single people. Pay is great for such a laid back environment. You get lots of hours and management is pretty chill if you need a doctors appointment or something of the sort.

This job seems perfect until you realize that you are just a number and they absolutely do not care about you. They will lay you off and promise that everyone is coming back, your left sitting by your phone waiting and realizing that your out of a job now. Job security is definitely the biggest issue. Management will straight up lie to everyone’s face. Many people have had complaints about missing money on their paycheques, I’ve never had that problem but it is a problem.

Management Bullying culture. They believe in working alot of over time for free, i had some instance where my manager came to me at 5 PM telling i just got out of meeting and i need you to produce this task (which takes 3 hours) by the end of the end then he leaves home. they expect results even if things are outside of your control. this place will give me anxiety and mental health issues.
