The process started off good. Quick initial screening with a recruiter via phone. She said a lot of nice things and said I would get a call from one of the project managers in the division I was looking into. Had another half-hour conversation with the project manager, who said I thought I would fit in well. Ended up getting an automated email saying they are going to move forward with other candidates.
