An hour long in person interview with a mid level manager. The interview questions were fairly general. They asked about previous situations that I had experienced and how I worked effectively to resolve them.

Question 1
Name a situation where you identified an unsafe situation and how you worked towards having it resolved.
Talked to a recruiter first then talked to a senior manager in my position. You could talk job language with and could definitely relate to each other on day to day job experience

Interview
Nice and easy two rounds. Not too much focus on technical. Mainly to see your personality. No need to be to worry about it. Smooth and efficient. Got 1 hr interview + 2 rounds and offer within 3 weeks of applying.
Overall an easy process. Had a phone screening and then went to an interview onsite followed by tour of yard. Talked to three different interviewers. The company hosted me with a paid for car and hotel.
