Interview
It is a valuable experience for me because it was my first physical interview. I interviewed for Quality Assurance Executive position for Can Line division and was interviewed by the QA Managers and HR HOD. Of course, they asked about my background, FYP & behavioral questions in workplace by giving example of real work situations. Since I was a fresh graduate back then, they tried to help & guide me to elaborate my answer to know me better.

3. Behavioral questions such as what will I do if suddenly I cannot reach out to one of my colleagues, how will I handle a problematic situations to communicate with Production department since QA works closely with them etc.

The interview went very smoothly and the hiring manager was very friendly. They are more concern about the communication between people. Took place in a room where they sat quite near to me, quite nervous.
