The interviewing process started with a phone interview. The second stage was a in person interview. There was a third interview, also face-to-face, which was very in-depth. The final interview was a panel interview which gave me the chance to meet some of the other staff at Keystone Grey. It was also a two way interview where I was encouraged to ask questions I wanted answers to. It went very well really. I was comfortable and felt welcome.
