Keswick Active Health Group interview questions

First interview over the phone asked me to come in knew I had no experience was offered the position and told they would mentor me but never heard back had to contact them only to be told need someone w more experience!! Lol! Why ask me to come in for second interview knowing I have no experience and would need training offer me the position to then be told we have no one to mentor you?! I should have followed all the other employee reviews w very poor ratings and comments. Highly unprofessional to say the least!
