I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Kestra Medical Technologies
Interview
The first round of interviews was conducted with recruiters/HR and served as a standard vetting process. The next two rounds were with the Regional Manager—one virtual and one in person—both of which were well-structured, professional, and informative. The final interview, however, was with an Area Manager and did not reflect the same level of professionalism. The manager began by noting the interview would need to be shortened due to another scheduled interview immediately afterward, conducted the meeting from a vehicle with other passengers present, and experienced multiple connection interruptions.

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Kestra Medical Technologies in May 2024
Interview
Interviewed with Recruiter, Regional Manager/Hiring Manager, different Regional Leader, Area Leader, VP of Commercial Team, and final at HQ in Kirkland WA with CEO & CAO. Interviews started on MS Teams Video, then met last few in-person. It was a great interview process and I knew this would be a special place to be given the culture and product. The recruiter sourced me on LinkedIn, and I knew immediately this was what I was looking for. Excited for the company to grow!
