Online Meeting. 10 or 12 Interviewers. Technical Interview. Each interviewer asks a bunch of technical and troubleshooting questions. They seem to want the same answers as they got when they faced specific problems. Ultimately they fail to realize that each problem will have its own unique solution. The more important method is to view a problem holistically and methodologically eliminate issues from most probable to least probable till the problem is solved.
Overall vibe was negative. Felt like I was dealing with a bunch of "know-it-alls" who think they have see it all and done it all, but actually they seemed to have stopped growing professionally. They were looking for fixed answers to questions that were highly nuanced and minor differences to the scenarios would result in entirely different answers.
