So the interview itself started quite friendly, but seemed to be driven by an agenda of going through the motions. Nothing was asked about Transformation itself or change planning. What was most shocking was that following this interview, I simply got Radio Silence and never heard a word back from them. Heat pumps? More like hot air. They simply refused to even do a 'Thanjs, but no thanks'. I think I was making up the numbers because I declared a disability, but then they could not be bothered. For a company funded by Legal and General, you really do wonder. Do I want an apology? No. They don't have any respect for anyone.
