just talk with the manager 10min and then everything is ok. they will ask your experience about your former company, what tools you used to use, what salary would you perfer.

I met with a Recruiter for a prescreen, then had an interview with the manager for the role I was filling. Fairly quick, smooth process. The Recruiter did share the hourly rate, but was told by the Manager that they could not afford to pay the number I was asking. That was a real bummer.
