The interview process has several steps. During the first round, you meet with the manager about your qualifications, past experience, salary requirements, and specific day to day operations of the position. If they like you, they will ask you to come back for a second round interview as soon as possible (most times next day). During the second, you will meet with one of the current employees and go over the same things from the first round more in depth. This is basically used as a second opinion. If the second person you met with liked you as well, they will consult the manager and get you started immediately. Very fast & quick interview process if you are available.
