Good streamlined process, in line with a smaller firm. Clear communication from the HR team. Technical round was fairly technical, and wasn't a pressure-induced situation. Overall, a good interview for a smaller firm. Shouldn't compare to corporates who have taken the life and humanity out of HR processes
