I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Kaseya in Sep 2024
Interview
Very slow with multiple stages, each with a long gap in between. Bad+ misleading communication from the recruiter and managers. I was told I was 90% hired if the 3rd stage went well (which it did). I then met managers and it was indicated that this was mainly to decide which team I'd go into and dates for onboarding were discussed. We still had to complete a short role play which wasn't followed by the interviewers. I was told I'd get more details within 48 hours following this. I then didn't hear anything for 2 weeks (I tried to call after 1 week and was hung up on after 3 rings). When they got back in touch I was told that because the position was quite senior they wouldn't usually hire externally and that I wasn't successful. This makes no sense as I've held more senior positions at bigger companies in the past. I passed up another offer during this process and am now at square 1.
The recruiter Diana was a pleasure to work with during my interview process. She was very communicative and responsive! She moved the process along efficiently as well. I felt “wanted” from the team!
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Kaseya in Feb 2026
Interview
My recruiter Sarah was excellent at keeping me updated throughout the entire interview process. I met with my manager, VP, the culture fit. Sarah answered any questions I had and was quick to set up a call with another Account Manager when I requested one to learn more about the day to day.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Kaseya in Jun 2025
Interview
I had an excellent interview experience with Kaseya. The process was fast and structured. My recruiter was incredibly supportive and transparent. She even checked in with me before each call to make sure I was ready (I’ve never had that before!). Overall, it was a very positive and professional experience.
