I first spoke with Diana, who was incredibly helpful and supportive throughout the process. She kept me updated on preparation, next steps, and was always responsive by email, phone, or text. The process included conversations with Diana, senior representatives, the manager, and finally the VP of NCA. The team was transparent about expectations, provided constructive feedback, and made sure I was comfortable at each stage.
