Generally good. HR looks a little bit nervous. Just show your knowledge and passion. It is my school field study. Cons, unpaid, you are not allowed to contact parents if they would like to let you do extra job at home.

It was a virtual interview over zoom and the environment felt super welcoming and structured even if it was through a screen. I felt like it went well and I liked the attitude of the volunteer coordinator.
