Inconsistent messaging followed by a phone call cancelling the interview with an hours notice. Zero respect for the time off work taken and time to print portfolios. Then emailed the next day to "Following yesterdays conversation the team have had more time to reflect and unfortunately will not be moving forward with this application. Sorry for any inconvenience caused and we wish you all the best"
